Forest of steles - Stamping

A sheet of rice paper is applied with a wet brush. It is then dabbed with ink : so the parties who were sticked into the hollows of the engraving will appear in white on black background. The "forest of steles" is the center of this Chinese activity dating back to the 3rd century AD.
