Beopjusa temple - Buddhas triad

Vairocana, in the center, is flanked with Sakyamuni and Amitabha. The three Buddhas are associated with the three bodies of the Buddha : Body (Sakyamuni), Spirit (Amitabha) and Word (Vairocana thus associated with the Law).
