Rosslyn chapel - Frieze of the seven deadly sins

The first character is no part of the frieze. Then we have from left to right :

- pride (puffing out his chest)

- gluttony (drinking from a pitcher)

- greed this one is transposed (as a symbol) with the virtue of charity (giving to another one)

- anger (holding an axe and a club)

- envy (crossing his arms, surrounded by bunches of grapes)

- sloth (dragging a bag along the ground)

- lust (lovers embracing)
