Père Lachaise cemetery - Pierre Desproges tomb

French humorist Pierre Desproges' tomb is unique : After cremation, and as he requested when he was alive, his ashes were scattered on the grave where plants had been placed. Such a tomb needed the agreement of the mayor of Paris which was granted by Chirac (who was mayor at that time and became president a few years later).
