Beomeosa temple - Samtaekeu / Gankyil

The samtaekeu (circle with three components blue, red and yellow) represents the yin (dark forces), the yang (light force) and man.
In Buddhism, this gankyil is also a symbol of Trikaya (the 3 bodies of Buddha) : Body, Spirit and Word.
