Wongudan - Painting under the roof of the entrance arches

Two dragons are fighting to catch the ball for power. The Korean dragon is equivalent to the Chinese dragon and thus consists of nine parts of animals : head of the camel, eyes of the hare, ears of the beef, antlers of the deer, body of the snake, belly of the mollusc, scales of the carp, paws of the tiger and claws of the eagle. The 9 is a symbol of longevity in Chinese mythology.
