Rhone-Alps

In the Alps, the Massif of Vanoise is an ideal place for skiers in winter (with the big sky resorts of Les Arcs, Courchevel, Tignes, Val d'Isere, Val Thorens, Val Cenis...) and hikers in summer : the scenery is spectacular (mountains, lakes, glaciers...). In summer, in the protected area of the natural park that stretches from the valley of the Tarentaise to the valley of Maurienne, we can enjoy the flora and fauna of the mountain : we can see, for instance, marmots, chamois and ibex.

In the gallery below, there are some landscapes on the road to the pass of Iseran at the end of the automn (sorry), but the most beautiful scenery are seen in spring and summer when hiking.
